Performed every month.

Especially popular for office buildings! The inside of the building is sprayed using a general pesticide, to eliminate pests such as spiders and ants that have already entered the building, and keep eliminating any future invaders for up to thirty days. The products used are safe to be around, even for pets and small children. Unless otherwise indicated, we would only spray common areas, such as hallways, bathrooms, and break rooms. We respect each employee's right to decide if they would like their individual offices treated or not.

multi-family dwelling service

Performance times vary.

Since the very beginning, Foster's has been working to keep multi-family dwellings pest-free. The most common type of pest to plague apartments, by far, is the German cockroach. To that end, many property management companies prefer for us to come in and inspect each unit for roach activity, and treat as needed. This type of service is performed monthly. Other companies prefer for us to treat on an as-needed basis, having us check in monthly, bi-weekly, or even weekly to take care of any pest problems that their tenants have reported.

Perfect for industrial spaces! This service would include exterior rodent stations and interior insect and rodent monitors. Part of this program would also include servicing break rooms or other interior areas that would be conducive to pest activity. Foster's would be happy to tailor a program to your specific needs. Out of respect for sensitive employees and your products, this program is relatively chemical free. New to this service is the barcode system, where monthly results can be emailed to the facility manager, or another contact of your choice. Call us for a free demonstration.

We've adapted this service specifically for commercial kitchens and restaurants. This service is centered around an IPM (Integrated Pest Management) program, meaning that we're preventing entry to the pest that may invade tomorrow, not just the pest that's present today. To that end, we use a combination of inspection, monitors, baits and liquid products. Because we know each kitchen or restaurant is different, this program would be catered to your specific needs.
